Questions about paying
Do we pay for each person?
No. One price covers the whole workspace. People can join or leave and the bill stays the same.
Who counts as a person?
Everyone with an account in the workspace. Guests from outside and helpers like Tomo don’t count.
Do I need a card for the free days?
Yes. Crew’s 7 free days start with a card, once per team. Nothing is charged until they end; cancel before and you pay nothing.
What if we grow?
Move up a plan whenever you like. Nobody is removed when the room is full; the next person waits until you move up.
Is there a limit on Tomo’s answers?
Each plan has a monthly number for the whole team, and a daily one per person. With your own AI account, there is no limit.
What if we stop paying?
A failed payment keeps working for 7 days. After that, you can still read and search, but nobody can send until a plan is active again.
Which currency?
Prices are in US dollars. At checkout, many countries see and pay in their own currency.
Can we cancel?
Yes, any time. The plan keeps working until the end of the time you paid for.
