Terms of Use
Effective November 6, 2026.
These terms are the contract between you and DeepFrame, CNPJ 67.236.317/0001-00, Brazil ("we", "us"), for using Slaiky: the website, the web app and the desktop apps. Please read them carefully. By creating an account, opening a workspace or subscribing to a plan, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.
Summary
- Slaiky is a team chat with AI. Each workspace has an owner, who picks and pays for the plan.
- The price is per workspace, not per person. The plan renews automatically every month or every year until you cancel.
- You can cancel whenever you want in Settings → Plan. The plan keeps working until the end of the paid period.
- Consumers in Brazil have 7 days to withdraw with a full refund. In the European Union and the United Kingdom, 14 days.
- Content belongs to the customer. We use it only to provide the service and never to train AI.
- AI replies can be wrong. Check them before using them for important decisions.
- Don't use Slaiky for anything illegal, abusive or that violates other people's rights.
1. Who can use Slaiky
- You must be 18 or older.
- If you use Slaiky for a company or organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for it. In that case, "you" also means the organization.
- Slaiky is made for professional use. If you sign up as a consumer, your consumer rights still apply and prevail over any part of these terms that contradicts them.
2. Account and security
- You sign in with a link or code sent to your e-mail, or with Apple. Keep access to your e-mail safe.
- You're responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you suspect misuse.
- We recommend turning on two-step verification. A workspace owner can require it.
- Give true information and keep it up to date.
3. Workspaces and roles
- Owner: creates the workspace, picks and pays for the plan, and can delete it. Only the owner handles billing.
- Admins: manage people, channels, integrations and settings.
- Members and guests: use the workspace within the permissions the owner and admins give them.
- The owner and admins decide who joins, who leaves and what each person can do. When they invite someone, they confirm they may share that person's e-mail with us to send the invitation.
4. Plans, free trial and billing
- Plans: Crew (up to 15 people), Team (up to 40) and Company (up to 150), with the limits shown on the pricing page and in Settings → Plan. The price is per workspace, not per person.
- Free trial: the Crew plan starts with 7 days free, once per workspace and per person. A card is required at the start, and the date of the first charge is shown before you confirm. If you don't cancel by the last day, the first charge happens when the 7 days end.
- Automatic renewal: the subscription renews automatically every month or every year, at the same price, until canceled. The charge goes to the card saved at Stripe, our payment processor.
- Currency and taxes: prices are set in US dollars. On the payment page, many countries see and pay in their local currency. Taxes may apply under local law.
- Plan changes: you can move up or down a plan in Settings → Plan. You can't be on a plan smaller than the number of people in the workspace.
- Price changes: we e-mail the workspace owner before a new price applies. It applies from the next renewal after that notice, and you can cancel before it.
- Failed payment: the workspace keeps working for 7 days. After that, it becomes read-only until the payment is fixed.
- No plan: a workspace without an active plan is read-only. Everyone can read, search and leave, but no one can send anything new. We don't delete its data without first e-mailing the owner.
5. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
- Cancel: the owner can cancel at any time in Settings → Plan, through Stripe's billing portal. The plan works until the end of the period already paid and doesn't renew.
- Right of withdrawal in Brazil: if you signed up as a consumer, you can withdraw within 7 days of signing up or of the first charge (Consumer Protection Code, art. 49) with a full refund. Just ask at [email protected] or cancel in the app.
- European Union and United Kingdom: consumers can withdraw within 14 days. If you asked for the service to start before then, the refund is reduced in proportion to the days already used.
- Other cases: outside those periods, payments aren't refunded for partial periods, unless the law requires it.
6. Demo
The demo is a simulated workspace of your own, to try Slaiky without paying. It has limits, doesn't take other people, doesn't use real AI and is deleted automatically 24 hours after it opens.
7. Your content
- Content is yours. Messages, files, canvases and everything the customer and its members put in Slaiky belong to them.
- License to provide the service: you allow us to store, copy, transmit and display content only as needed to run, protect and support Slaiky, under the Privacy Policy and the data processing annex below.
- No training: we don't use customers' content to train AI models.
- Your responsibility: you confirm you have the rights you need over the content you put in Slaiky.
- Bring from Slack: when importing data from a Slack export, the customer confirms it has the right to export and use it, including the data of the people listed.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use Slaiky to:
- carry out illegal activities, fraud or scams;
- harass, threaten, spread hate speech, exploit or abuse children, or encourage violence;
- violate privacy, copyrights, trademarks or other rights;
- send spam, malware or content that deceives people;
- break in, overload, test for vulnerabilities without permission, or get around limits and security measures;
- copy, resell or build a competing service from Slaiky;
- use the AI to generate content forbidden by law or by AI providers' policies.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, proportionately and, when possible, with notice. You can contest the decision at [email protected].
Reports: to report illegal or abusive content, write to [email protected] with the link or a description of the content. We review it and answer as fast as we can.
9. Artificial intelligence
- Slaiky has AI agents, such as Tomo. AI messages are marked as coming from an agent.
- AI replies can contain mistakes, be out of date, or sound right without being right. They don't replace professional advice (legal, medical, financial or other). Check before you act.
- The plan sets a number of AI replies per month for the workspace. With your own key for an AI provider, that limit doesn't apply, and use follows that provider's terms and prices.
- Integrations, connectors, bots and AI providers the customer chooses are third-party services under their own terms. The customer decides what data each one receives.
10. What's ours
Slaiky, its software, brand, design, characters (such as Tomo) and documentation belong to DeepFrame or its licensors. You get a personal, limited and revocable license to use the service under these terms. Suggestions you send us may be used to improve Slaiky, with no obligation to pay for them.
Third-party trademarks: Slack is a registered trademark of Slack Technologies, LLC. Slaiky isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Slack. Price comparisons on our website use Slack Pro's public price, with its source and date stated.
11. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep Slaiky available and secure, but interruptions may happen for maintenance or because of failures. We may improve, change or remove features. If a change takes something important away from a paid plan, we give reasonable notice, and you can cancel.
12. Suspension and termination
- You can stop using Slaiky at any time. The owner can delete the workspace in Settings → General, and deletion is permanent.
- We may suspend or end access in case of a serious breach of these terms, a security risk or a legal order, with notice when possible.
- Export and switching: you can ask for an export of your data at [email protected]. We answer within the legal deadlines, with no fee. After a paid workspace ends, we keep the data read-only and e-mail the owner before any deletion.
13. Warranties and liability
- Slaiky is provided as is and as available, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise it will be free of errors or interruptions.
- For business customers: to the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to Slaiky is limited to the amount paid for the workspace in the 12 months before the event. We aren't liable for lost profits or indirect damages. These limits don't apply to willful misconduct, gross negligence, or harm to life and health.
- For consumers: nothing in these terms limits the rights guaranteed by Brazil's Consumer Protection Code or the consumer protection laws of your country.
- Indemnity (business customers): you will indemnify us for third-party claims caused by your content or by a breach of these terms.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is relevant, we tell you in advance in the app or by e-mail. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Slaiky after that means you accept the new version.
15. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. For business customers, the courts of Serra, Espírito Santo, Brazil, have jurisdiction. Consumers may use the courts where they live (Consumer Protection Code, art. 101) and keep the protections of the law of the country where they live.

- Confidentiality: people who access this data for us are bound by confidentiality.
- Security: we keep the technical and organizational measures described in the Privacy Policy.
- Sub-processors: the customer authorizes the providers listed in the Privacy Policy. Before adding or replacing a sub-processor, we update the Privacy Policy and e-mail workspace owners. The customer may object and, if there's no solution, cancel without penalty.
- Data subject rights: we help the customer answer requests for access, correction, deletion and portability.
- Incidents: we tell the customer without undue delay once we learn of an incident affecting its data, with the information we have.
- Transfers: international transfers follow the safeguards described in the Privacy Policy.
- End of contract: when the service ends, the customer can ask for its data back. After that, we delete the data, except what the law requires us to keep.
- Information and audits: we provide the information reasonably needed for the customer to show it complies with data protection law.
For users in Brazil, the Portuguese version prevails.
